Hard drive clocks...
Here's some pretty cool hard drive clocks I'd love to build, but don't have the patients or talent for:

This clock is neat because it uses LED's to project the hands on the platters. Some YouTube video is here:
Another clock uses the mechanisms of the drive to move the platters and the drive heads to indicate the time. I like this one since it uses a non-standard method for displaying the time. Way cool.
